Good News Airtel Xstream Play mobile app updated with My DTH for Live TV channels

I have claimed airtel xstream play premium from thanks app but still it shows subscribe whenever I try to play movie

Same . Iam also have premium plan from fiber plan.. but it ask me to subscribe.. but it have validity till next week

Called customers care and sent mails with screenshot maximum times from past more then 50 days but no proper resolution and response. Also to close complaints they are giving miss calls. Very pathetic service from airtel backend team. @Vadirocks bro if u can please help on this issue.

When I go to the "My Dth" section of the Airtel Xtreme app and play a Star channel, it takes me to Hotstar app, where I get the error "ERR_PB_1412". Why is this happening?

If u r eligible for airtel xstream play free subscription then u need to claim the same on airtel app....it will be listed under "claim ott" section/tab

Star channels added in airtel Xtreme mydth are not working, since it's has been added only few days back may take time to settle out things. Hoping for the best

For free subscription only free ott content and mydth section. Premium content is not for any dth customer. We need to pay .

They don't have any option to select audio feed in their app player. Worst implementation.
