Now only 19TruHD channels in base pack for 399..and that to without star sports channels!! and 21TruHD channels for 599. ..no choice for HD users to choose SD.

The actual price of Colors :hd is Rs. 50 p/m and History TV 18 :hd is Rs. 35 p/m according to Indiacast UTV rate card of Reference Interconnect Offer (RIO) - DTH platform so as of your info dishtv is charging double for these channels.

I guess according to TRAI, they can charge max double of the amount charged by broadcaster and hence DishTV wants to maximize its revenue by pricing Colors HD @ 100 Rs

Oh my GOD. In the name of HD, DTH operators are looting and dishtv and tatasky leading the race. If it continues like that then, I think we have to stop watching HD at all. Colors HD for 100 will pinch the most because this is one channel which is must for everyone one in house.

Please do not be biased against tata sky. Tata Sky is not looting. Colors HD on Tata Sky is just RS 19 p.m. Where as in DISH TV it is RS 100 p.m. exceptional !

DISH TV always looting customers. Here is the alacarte price of Colors HD & History TV18 HD on different dths:

1. DISH TV - Colors HD RS 100 p.m. ; History TV18 HD RS 70 p.m.
2. TATA SKY - Colors HD - RS 19 p.m. ; History TV18 HD Not Available. SD Version's price - RS 17 p.m.
3. AIRTEL DIGITAL TV - Colors HD - RS 25 p.m. ; History TV18 HD - RS 25 p.m.
4. VIDEOCON D2H - Colors HD - RS 23 p.m. ; History TV18 HD - RS 23 p.m.
5. RELIANCE DIGITAL TV - Colors HD - RS 30 p.m. History TV18 Not Available.
6. SUN DIRECT PLUS - Colors HD - HD Version not available, SD Version available on all packs ; History TV18 HD - HD Version not available ; SD Version RS 15 p.m.

Dear I am still a subscriber of tata sky but their HD access fees is the biggest loot. Look for Colors HD I have to take at least 220 pack as colors is not here less than this and then I will pay 125 meaning 345 in total and how many HD feeds I will get in it only 9 I think (star, sony, zee, life ok, colors, zee cinema, Star Gold, discovery and national geographic):wall so this is also a loot...

As a customer, we must raise our voice and should not defend them just only because we are using them. Credit must be given where it should be no matter if we are using it or not. For example across all the DTH providers, for rest of India users at this moment, best pack is sport economy pack of Airtel for 300 (now I think it is 315 if I am not wrong):clap. I have not seen such a pack anywhere. Similarly gold HD of D2H for 389 giving 21 HD feeds is the best HD pack at this time.:tup

If you are unaware then I cant help you. If you pay HD Access Fee for 6 months it will be RS 600 / 6 months that means RS 100 p.m. Be clever dude. Why you pay monthly HD Access Fee ? When you get it half yearly or annually at a lower rate ? Go through http://www.tatasky.com website very carefully. Tata Sky's Metro Pack is best for ROI, SD, RS 340 p.m. & Metro HD Pack for ROI HD, RS 440 p.m. Another good pack which Sun Direct provides for ROI is Value Plus HD Pack @ RS 349 p.m. only. All these packs having Colors.

Dude it is you who must understand first ...by making you to buy that HD access fee for at least 6 months, they want to put their hands tight on you ...but still u r praising them.. right now they are just recovering and still people are celebrating...how can u say 340 pack is best...I DO HAVE 2 KIDS I NEED TOONS FOR THEM, it does not give me any but cartoon network and I have take them additionally..

How can U defend with TENHD for less number of channels 640 rupees versus 389 rupees with 21 feeds ...this is rubbish and shows our attitude towards our own Indian brands, language, and so on..and by doing so we feel proud also ...
