Same way dude others also do not need certificate from you and how can u tell a person to choose a tamil or telgu pack for a north Indian guys and that too for his kids, this clears the picture for me :sp

Because you can get Chutti TV & Kochu TV kids channels. A kid hardly understands any language bro. For them English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalm all are equal. They only want good action cartoons. Tata Sky is already certified, so no use debating on this. Anyway, you are free to choose your own dth. Aap apne marji ka malik hain. :c

I think their ideology is to grouping of channels according to genre. So u cannot expect HD globe(D2h) kind of add on pack in Tatasky as HD globe contains channels from different genre.
