Zee Khana Khazana is not in any base pack of Dish TV(zee network) , so why d2h give this channel in any pack...

Yes khana khazana is availlale in dishtv only as a la carte.It is not available in any base pack Inspite of it being their own channel.How can one expect it to be in base packs of other DTH?
