isro sleeping sat is now at 84.14 and moving isro sleeping

check this site it also saying Gsat 10 moving away from 83 and reached 84.74

what is isro doing ??

, but i m observing that from last to days, satellite moving from 80e to 84e but az angle is changing but el is almost remain same,so there is some chance of testing while moving.

Both are fast but with some difference:-
isro: they have moving away 1degree from 83 but nt started testing.
Ses:they have started testing but nt reached 28.2e. :lol

az angle change because its longitude is changing
el is almost remain same because the altitude is not changing
