Auction for both packages will be held simultaneously... A competing party must increase the bid(s) by one Rs 1 crore... It can divide the amount between the two or put in only one package... The incremental bid cannot be less than Rs 1 crore.

If 1 crore is an incremental bid, then it will be a 5 day test match to decide winner, Incremental bid should be 25 cr or 50 cr.
