Why DD National is not on the List, who ruled 2020 with its offerings?

DD National is a winner in itself, and it is a classic entertainment channel, not GEC now. Comparing it with drama and comedy GECs is an unfair comparison. Hence, we feel DD National doesn't need to get a poll to announce it's credits.
