DDF Exclusive "Bindass" Is Soon Rebranding As "Star Utsav 2"

Channel V was shutdown bcoz cost/investment going into it exceeded the revenue it earned so basically it was a loss making product for Star India.....though again it's shows had huge fan following and were extremely popular (still have great recall) hence i feel erstwhile Star India under Fox should have continued with it but now i guess worldover Channel V brand has been closed but still i hope Disney can revive Bindass as a youth channel with Mix of Old Bindass+Channel V shows, New Reality + Fiction shows, bollywood + dubbed hollywood movies which r liked by youth , K Dramas + Hindi Dubbed International Shows and English / Hindi songs.. .it would be a perfect mix for such a channel.


Also on a sidenote i hope Old Shows of Sri Adhikari Brothers make a comeback on Hindi GEC channels, shows like Yes Boss , Shrimaan Shrimati, Office Office r evergreen shows. Similarly other broadcasters too should bring back their 90s, 2000s shows back on air

The problem is youth nowadays doesn't watch television much they are more shifted to ott platforms nowadays so this will not happen but bindass is nowadays airing latest songs which released recently good to see that Disney star is focusing on the channel but then also it will not survive till a long time Disney star will close star Bharat and bindass next year surely

You r wrong buddy. TV viewership is on rise and young audience segment has been a major contributor to it.....Please read latest IBDF report on TV viewership

not yet but delayed it may be before the Viacom18 deal over they'll rebrand it or after rebrand Viacom18 may use it to launch Unchi Udaan .

Yes we might see removal of unnecessary channel too Star Utsav and Star Rishtey might be enough for these re-run.
