Seeking Help Binge+ Channels problem

In which month you had taken connection?

Just at last week..I'm a customer of Tata sky from 2015..Last week I got upgraded from HD to binge+..From that day it worked without any prblm like a charm & I accessed OTT contents without any prblms..but this aftn I faced this channel blackout on every channels..whenever i change a channel it will work for 10 secs after that the screen went to black screen..When I checked the signal it shows asusual strength..but when black screen comes the signal strength too went out totally..

Bro, I'm using binge+ since June.2020..still there is no issues I'm facing. Every thing is fine ott and channel's r working fine ..
