Yes , so buddy it is a movie which had multiple producers and its satellite rights went to Disney-Star most probably bcoz of reason i mentioned.....zee studios may or may not be owning its rights , many times producers sell satellite rights too to distributors like Pen Marudhar acquires satellite distribution rights too of many bollywood movies it distributes in theatres......
