why these are quoted as NTO 3.0 ? aren't it NTO 2.0 !!

Because NTO2.0 was not implemented by broadcasters in 2020
NTO3.0 was brought in nov 2022 which is implemented this year.

I raised issue regarding this confusion previously too.

yes got it bro.
So, NTO 2.0 few channels went high to Rs 25, and NTO 3.0 they backed to Rs 19.
So, I think- those article in TV CHANNEL NEWS - menu- NTO 2.0 RIO rates given, it should be written as NTO 3.0
