Is it possible to recharge the child connection without recharging the parent connection?

(Parent connection box has been misplaced and is not getting recharged, and they have no option for giving a new box unless you give them the old box).

No, there is no such options. However,

1. If you don't plan to use your parent connection, just ask them to separate your child connection which you might have to do anyway since you have lost your STB.

2. If you want your parent connection then buy a new STB and you will get a new VC.

Ask them to deactivate your primary stb, this automatically makes other as primary connection. Since you have to pay 153 rs to any one stb in your connection and for other connection you will get discount.
