Card refresh error

I have recharged my Dish TV HD four day back. After that I got only SD channels. Then I wrote to customer care & they said they will reset my package. After that unfortunately I lost my SD channels too. Now my package is empty. No any chanels. It says " card refresh error". Please help me. I'm outside of India.

Try TroubleShoot
"long press fav button for 15 seconds then wait for 30 MINUTES your channel works" Or Request Refresh From CS Or PM Your VC ..
