Did a factory reset and all channels are back.

After factory reset , which transponder signal did u choose ?

Default. Just selected the ok button on remote.

I was also getting no signal B001 error when i switched on tv in morning. Called up cc and she confirmed that back end guys were working on update, hence this thing happened. She just asked me to switch off the stb, remove the dish cable and plug it in again. And guess what? It worked..
