Before calling cc, try to reset your stb. Will work.

They ask about error code(like E16...etc) but both channels showing the last picture b4 they got hanged : Some NBA pic on TenSports & football match pic on TenAction...like a wallpaper. Also no sound. They didn't find any problem from their side. What to do now??
