D2H should remove below useless HD channels:

D2H Cinema HD (Test Signal)
CNBC TV 18 Prime HD

and add below channels asap:

& TV HD
FOX Life HD
HBO Defined HD
HBO Hits HD
Comedy Central HD

They were telling customers last year that HBO HD channels are being added soon. But it never happened.
