Service visit is the charge when technician visits your home for some work you've asked, you would be paying additional charge for the visit be it replacement of some part/device or dish alignment.
If you can take the remote by going to near by d2h office, no service visit will be charged and you can save few bucks.

The whole things of d2h are crap....Remote,Stb,hardware,software etc...
Now the main crap function of d2h is that when we want to see Star sports 1,we go to that channel but that channel will not be their at that moment
For example : On LCN 401 its Star sports 1 but we are seeing CNN on that slot with epg named as Star sports 1
Whole channels having the same problem....
Restore re box and check the signal .... that is the issue in your place
