There was no objection if they didnt upgrade oldest dvr s/w but fool people upgraded it with new & lost great few feature like direct radio option in menu, playing song from usb & few more

After software update Recordings option added in menu, no other changes. Its not available through OTA and they are testing it in STBs.

Call CC and they will upgrade through USB, no manual way. Also the guy came my home confirmed HD DVRs have some problems so not possible to upgrade each STB through OTA, better to ask them. For changes read #15

D2H Really need to work the hardware part. They have best customer service and cheap economical packages no doubt, only thing pulling them back now is Hardware issues.
