Yeah, Star Sports is available for Test matches of India for Free if you want for Odi and T20 subscribe it with Rs. 25 extra atleast ala carte rate is cheaper then TATA(SKY.

These channels are family entertainment and basic channels. So, I think they should be in super gold pack.

Very bad about d2h package lolicy:
3 months lock-in period for any sports add on
&
3 months lock-in period for ae-la-carte package
Every other operators provide both with 1 month lock-in period.
