Minority stake doesnt mean they are the management. Airtel has also sold some 20%+ stake to some other company, so do they become the owners ??? Its still Bharati Telemedia Services.
I heard that d2h has 45% share and dishtv has 55%, clearly here dishTV is the managing authority and management is under DishTv India Ltd.
So bro what is the function of Videocon in it...

You should know, they are changing their interactive services to ACTIVE, which is DishTV interactive service
