At last recording facility activated from D2h end

hey man, can you guide me what did you do to reactivate that service? i would really appreciate it.

I have a 500GB DVR of d2h which previously had free recording add on..now after TRAI new pack activation it got deactivated..when asked cc informed its chargeable now & needs to be opted for separately..is it so?

Yeah i have registered the complaint and got the complaint number as well, so how long did you wait after registered the complaint?

1 day after deadline of complaint resolution time i get it activated

I too got the similar reply from CC earlier today. she said USB rec feature is currently NOT available on the platform and was unable to take request for activation.

If CC is giving us a reply saying that USB recording is disabled, then how this case happened ?

My recording got re-activated again a day back. I had raised an earlier complaint about 4-5 weeks back and that was closed.
