Breaking DD channel blocked

Can someone explain why SC blocked it for DTH subscribers ?

Revenue loss for private broadcaster's like star , sony etc..

well, in a way its a very intelligent move.... where everybody is happy.

> DTH ops made sure, their subscribers dont get to watch d match by only subscribing to base packs of rs.99, an getting DD National in that pack.

According to SC, whoever have private dth and cable tv , they have to subscribe the specific channel which has cricket telecast rights. DD national cricket only for DD freedish and terrestial antenna users....
