DD Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Not Available

I am not getting Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha channels.

Error message - E48-32

I contacted customer care and they told that they have refreshed and it will take two hours. This is the second time I am contacting them.

Is there any idea as to what should be done? Should I call Sun technician?

Problem Solved.

I checked TV ALL category and there are two entries for Lok and Rajya sabhas. The first entry is working and the second one shows error.
