Dear,
You can buy 60cm dish kit along with an FTA set top box from Ritchie Street. Dish kit (dish, lnb) will cost around Rs. 500 to 600. Solid FTA stb costs Rs. 2000. Buy required length of cable as well. You can set it up yourself. We can help you. I have such setup which gets DDD+ channels and NSS6 FTA channels. But as mentioned by Prashant, DD Podhigai and Zee Tamizh are the only available tamil channels.
