Was my article deleted? Can't see it anymore

Edit: can see moderator approval needed on laptop, but not on phone (the article itself isn't there)

You have been too impatient bro. We have clearly mentioned, we manually go through them before approving.

I am just resharing what i said in private so others having same query can find my answer:

When editing, I can't see any option to add tags.

Looks like tags are available inline only after article is created.

You can use the footer option. Below Share bar. It will show none if article has no tags.

I also analyzed permissions and they are fine. I will send feedback to developer if he can add tags option on editing mode.

I have some doubts....

How can I set Cover Image for any Article?

What should be placed in "Source", link or website name and do we need to add that source in our Article too?

What are Tags? What are we supposed to write in there? It shows me this error whenever I try to add anything.
