My plan for star's ASIANET brand revamp

1.Asianet as Star Asianet or star suvarnam

Considering other star sub-brand,Star suvarnam will be good name

2.Asianet movies as Star Asianet movies or star suvarnam movies

3.asianet plus as Star Asianet plus or star suvarnam plus

The 'Asianet' name may remain as it is popular. Could you make a logo with the star emblem and Asianet name, similar to Star plus?

I will try but what I meant by name change is star asianet will not sound good as compared to their other regional channels which has some creative & meaningful name e.g star pravah(Flow), Star jalsha(celebration), Star suvarna(Gold), Star Maa(Ours in Telugu), Star vijay(victory)

Hence I thought it will have some creative name like star suvarnam. But as asianet is so much popular there & also suvarna's ratings are considerably reduced with revamp as star suvarna they will mostly make it star asianet. I will make similar logos with this name.

If they rebrand, they may make it as:-

But the logo doesn't have Star word even Vijay TV also. Should be either
1. Star logo with Only Asianet written
2. Same logo with the addition of Star Word

Why will star use star word below asianet it will mix two brands & will lead to confusion only.

The popularity of Asianet logo makes it unavoidable. If at all they want to push Star brand and keep the Asianet logo, this could happen. Anyway, it is my guess only.
