Can you explain? Did it have the red logo in September 2012, then change back to the blue+pink before the Film Awards?

When S1 of kodeeswaran launched, they changed the graphics. The logo was still blue pink.

When s2 launched, they changed to red and white. The graphics were still the same as that of the previous logo, just the change in Colors.

The new, current graphics came somewhere around 2016

Wow. Very nice logo. They should use this logo on all channels.
