Degraded pic quality(pixelation) on sony ten 1 HD

Movies Now HD problem is from broadcaster end.

i have noticed that .
the problem with ten 1 hd is pexelation comes on and off like every 10 seconds . this channel used to be very clear quality
dont know what happened.
