I called again, they given another number 040-32596404. Some guy pick the call and said its sun distribution. when i said to discuss about gemini hd, he said, pl be online i will call kiran. after some time line was disconnected. When i called again, the number is either busy or switched off. I think we will go directly to gemini office and explain about these issues. if you guys are ok in this weekend.

I just can say one thing- its the crap policy from sun network. I believe these people will not be able to resolve anything. I also doubt if technical team will work from hyd or chennai.

No harm in letting them know. I called the other number and the guy Kiran was on another call. Said he will call me back.

I did. She said she'll update them and get it fixed.

I called again for the update. She kept me online and transferred to the gate security!!?? I cut the phone and called back, she isn't picking up.
