Ok bro,without technician little hard to realign the dish :shy /if u have small tv/tv tuner means take the stb,laptop to top floor,then it's easy to align :k

If u have signal meter it's also easy way to align the dish correctly :tup

Check the below mentioned image both dth correctly alignment for sundirect stb ;)

yes you may connect stb with lap with the help of TV Tuner .. For that you must buy TV Tuner seperately .. For more details and link wait for MOD Vicky bro to answer .. Once he come online he will help you ..
 
TV tuner cost is around rs.1300-1500/-.
but, AV to vga(with audio)   or    Hdmi to vga(with audio) cable wire cost is around below rs.500/-.
search on shopping sites this....
