If ur using full HD or Game on HD.. Then I will explain.. Because without this packs u cant activate regional hd packs for Rs. 10

they may say lik that u can do on ur own...try once.i think u cant go to bharath directly from joy...should upgrade to higher and again downgrade to bharath.
