I don't think neither Idea nor Voda is interested as IDEA isn't even deploying their telecom network bcoz of money crunch and voda isn't interested in DTH. India has now 100 % FDI in DTH so any foreign DTH company can buy all share.

I think itz depends upon channel broadcaster side continuing or leaving .. But most of the channels i think they decide to continue ..

I want Tata Sky to buy it so that there will be more bandwidth in TPs for TS. They can provide mono block LNB to get signals from INSAT 4A/GSAT 10 and ST 2.

Even Dish TV can also reuse the TPs by having a triple LNB..

Dish has broadcasting, MSO business, Airtel has telecom, Sun has broadcasting, Reliance and Tata have many business but what are the other profitable business videocon has ? Their telecom shutdown, electronics business also falling. Maybe that's the reason behind financial crunch  :s
