I got my channels HBO, WB activated again .. free of cost (@ 0)
I called CC and it was done. They call is ORA (On Request Activation)
The CC people confirmed it will remain free as long I do not downgrade my pack.

How many like you will make calls to reactivate these channels and this way DishTv will make profit,I tried same for Sony BBC earth but no action from DishTv,they just told there are issues with broadcaster so wait a while
