1. How can I cancel my subscription?
If you have taken any Watcho plan on an auto renewal mode, you need to place auto renewal cancellation request before 3 days of your renewal date by logging in Watcho App or website and click on "cancel subscription" tab displayed under the subscribed plan. Once clicked, your plan will not be renewed from next billing cycle.
An Auto debit SMS request from your respective bank will be triggered to you as well.
In case your plan is not on auto renewal, subscribed pack will automatically expire at the end of current validity.
Note: To ensure your subscription does not automatically renew, submit your cancellation request at least 3 days before your renewal date. Requests made within the last 3 days will not cancel the current renewal but will prevent automatic renewal in subsequent months.
