Dishtv charging for pvr recording facility?

Is Dishtv charging for pvr recording facility now because I am not able to view recorded content or record new programmes on my Dishtv as I am getting error notifications in EPG banner to send sms to Dishtv for this facility

To get recording facility In your DishTV sms 105 to 57575

Bro just ask any dealer or call dish tv customer care and tell them just to activate recording feature on your dish TV box and its totally free has my dealer activated recording feature on my Dish tru HD box in the year 2012 and till this date its working fine and never paid a single paisa for this recording feature :k
