TRAI still list NCF on their website, may be its error in the portal of dishtv.

Its the maximum Ncf, Dth providers are free to give discounts or to completely waive off

Don't know that for sure, but if you select dishtv combo's then there is no ncf. Maybe dishtv also started competition. Tata sky and sd have laready made lucrative offers. With same rates you need to have some extra edge in this competitive market

Will they show ncf correctly if i select channels seperately

I could select all telugu channels based on their combo for 125 (I was paying 150 for telugu channels previously) Great if it is not bug

Edit: I tried combo + 1 channel from broadcaster pack then NCF is being added. So No NCF if we take only their combo's.
