Discussion DishTv Removed NCF for its combo's or is it a bug?

I could select all telugu channels based on their combo for 125 (I was paying 150 for telugu channels previously) Great if it is not bug

even I'm saving 55 bucks with this, the no of channels maybe somewhat less but i got all the needed channels

they are charging NCf if you make your own pack, but if you choose dishtv combo's then there is no ncf

Or otherwise (if NCF is waived for our own pack too) then they have to provide services freely to those who go with only FTA channels

In dish tv combo we can't any other,right?
If we add any pay channel ncf of 130 have to pay
