I had a talk with one of the senior officials and he said that this channel is permanent in D2h and will launch in 2-3 days max as they are facing some technical problem from the broadcaster end.

This means that it is the 28th hd channel on the platform.

DNN HD itself is a channel available in insat 4a as said by sadiq bro.
