No female can wear anything without a skirt or short on total display.
That's the be all and end all of it.
Even Serena Williams was once banned for not following this rule a couple of years ago.

Yaa. She was banned for wearing a catsuit in French Open 2018 because it violated their dress code.. But it's not a strict rules for them to wearing a skirt. They also can wear a shorts...
