Dth and pakistani channels

They are for India only but as Pakistan is a neighbour country that's why they are getting the channels with good signal in Pakistan.

Why not Pakistan starts its KU band channels from new paksat1 @ 38*E as it is powerful satellite ?
There is no DTH from paksat1 as they have only feeds etc ?

Agree with jenius-jatt. They should start their own DTH's. Then no pakistani will face any problem and no need to use other country DTH's illegaly. All its neighboring countires has their own DTH's. Like- srilanka - dialog tv.
