error in whatsapp

kindly help me as when i download whatsapp
in samsung galaxy s duos 2

it uses to stuck at 97 % and while installing it shows as

ERROR -412 any faced this kind of problem or know about this please help

Try to clear Cache and Data [Settings->Apps->All Apps->Choose Play Store] in Play store and retry from Play Store. Not sure.
