Favourites, PQ, SQ in Airtel HD & Tata Sky HD

I am currently using Videocon d2h HD and planning to change to Tata Sky HD or Airtel HD

1. How many fav. profiles available in Tata Sky HD Box & Airtel HD Box ? (Videocon d2h HD got 4 profiles)
2. HD Channels PQ & SQ(TV Stereo not Home Theater Settings) which is better Tata Sky HD or Airtel HD ?
3. SD Channels PQ & SQ(TV Stereo not Home Theater Settings) which is better Tata SKy HD or Airtel HD ?

1. Tata Sky doesnt allow creating favorite profiles. There is a single favorite profile and you can add maximum 50 channels. Airtel allows creating 4 favorite profiles and each profile can contain maximum 15 channels.
2. PQ is almost same. SQ of HD channels is better in Airtel. SQ or HD channels is a little bit low in Tata Sky.

Plz dont comment if u dont know the SD channel line up of ts.Use ur eyes and compare the SD chnl line up of ts with other dths and then comment

U go for ts beacuse ts has good picture quality othere than dth ts has more channels

Both TS & airtel are same w.r.t to HD PQ & AQ. Tata sky have a slight edge though because of no. of channels and smaller logo. for SD TS is best. Cost wise airtel wins. 

I see some comments saying airtel customer care service is too good.  :lol

Don't ever fall for tat. They have pathetic customer care who knows nothing apart from the fact they are airtel customer care persons   :angry

whereas TS have best customer care & much flexible and hassle free user interaction. Airtel fails big time in that manner

Yes. Adding to above, TataSky is highly customization enabled through Mobile, Web, Apps etc. Customer response is lightening fast. Everything in favour of customer only.
Actually they don't give single chance of complaints in regard of their channel additional and services.

Airtel need to improve a lot in above factors. Even though airtel leads a bit in terms of HD channels quality, is not a big issue. TataSky is far ahead in HD channels count.
