Breaking FTA Complimentary/ FTA Basic options removed from pack Selection

FTA Complimentary/ FTA Basic options are no longer available under Manage my packs. Channels under them are also not shown anymore. When I changed my packs for my 2nd adn 3rd TVs, by default FTA Basic got picked. CC was as usual clueless and did not know what to do. They could not change FTA Basic to FTA Complimentary from their end either. Any one else facing the same issue?

I think they created FTA Hindi music pack, FTA Hindi news pack just like FTA English news pack

It’s still very much there in my pack even after add or drop channels/packs and working fine all channels which included in said pack. Yes info of said pack not available this is the only Chang is seen by me.
