Hello Members.

I have a new FTA STB which was working well in Gulf now I am trying to install in Bengaluru home pointing to 83E. I am getting channel list with good signal snr but no video and audio with a message, SID no found in PAT. Please help if I need to do any setting changes or try 93.5E.

Thanks, sir I will try. Do I need a C band or Ku is enough?

All transpoders are KU band for DD free dish
