Got friends who are learning Korean to watch K-dramas in it's original form. I even noticed Redditors trying to learn Telugu to enjoy Tollywood (South) movies. You got these people accepting one another's cultures and try to learn something new. Than you got other set of people complaining about language impostion while demanding everything to be dubbed in their regional language. Even the mute cartoons.
