Whenever we recharge any pack of our ADTV through airtel website or Airtel apps there are one more option should show at payment window that is "payment deduct from main balance" along with debit/credit card/netbanking,
airtel payment bank etc.
if we want to deduct from our main balance we have to call at CC.
