Possible bro. In Myairtel app menu go to Help and support->my account->i want to change my package->create service request
In that mention which package you want to change and submit the request. Your new package will be changed & reflected in your account within 6 hrs, also you ll receive email & sms updates regarding the same. I ve removed lot of top ups using this method but never changed the package but it's possible bro.
One drawback using this method when compared with myairtel app, maybe a package/ARP is available & activated in some kind of discounted version in self care but in this method they may activate it in a higher price.
