Problem seem to be from Airtel's end. Several channels not coming.

Any option to watch recorded program in PC or DVD Player? how do they get screenshots?

Use tv tuner in PC and connect dth to them & Watch channels via PC that is the only option left

Other than that no chance of watching recorded pgm in PC or DVD

..
