if airtel add HD channels on launch day, then Its OK otherwise It'll be delayed for a month

Website not working properly.
in change pack option 3/m, 6/m, 12/m no packs are displaying.
we can not change pack 3/m, 6/m, 12/m in self care portal.
kindly suggest how to change pack in 3 month/ 6 month/ 12 month without calling CC

You can upgrade pack from lower to higher pack but you can't downgrade pack from say for example Infinity pack to lower pack via Selfcare.So Contact CC if you are trying to Downgrade.

dear bro i don't want downgrade my pack. currently i am using infinity pack 3/M.(ROI)
last month infinity packs are showing in self care portal in change pack option 3/m or 6/m etc. but from last few days its not showing.

Might be due to Package Price Revision after GST.So better Confirm the Amount with CC and do a Recharge then activate via CC itself.We cant exactly say when ADTV Selfcare will be back.

Looks like a technical issue. Long term option in change pack section is down for me also.
