May be HD Upgrade box stock is in Not HEVC box in ur dealer.i think Newly HD upgrade box come in HEVC.

it is not possible.. KTV HD from sunnetwork was launched 2011 itself..Currently 2017 running.. Till now KTV HD is not added only in airtel.U have to wait so many years for get those sun network hd channels.

there is no upgrade to HEVC..
only replacement. ask for a replacement directly to ur local airtel person saying any reasons.
completely depends on him at the first stage.
